Cybernet Systems Co. Ltd is a global leader in industrial production support via CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) and advanced digital solutions. The headquarters is located in the Fuji Soft Akihabara Building in Tokyo.
THE CONCEPT
The office is designed according to the traditional Japanese concept of flexibility, promoting employee well-being, relationships, and productivity. Developed by MBA Matteo Belfiore Architecture and Shukoh in collaboration with Cybernet management, the design combines minimalism, natural light, and meticulous detail. Open spaces and transparent partitions encourage collaboration and personalized workstations.
LAYOUT
The office is divided into two main areas: the “Cyber-garden” for reception and presentations, and the work area, split into three zones: focus, team interaction, and relaxation. Modular and adjustable workstations ensure comfort and well-being.
PROJECT STRATEGIES
Integration: Combining Italian creativity and Japanese design in materials, furniture, and greenery.
Innovation: Advanced technologies and Fiandre Active Surfaces, photocatalytic, antimicrobial, and anti-pollution, effective against SARS-CoV-2. URBAN Active Surfaces are used for flooring and Unifor table tops. Surfaces clean over 5,000 m³ of air daily and remove NOx equivalent to 400 m² of green area. Other technologies: Fenix NTM, Variofold by Hawa, Organoid Natural Surfaces, Parete RP by Unifor.
Flexibility: Activity-Based Working with modular furniture adaptable for frequent changes.
Sustainability: Optimized spaces, durable and recyclable natural materials and furniture.
Bio-Well-ness: Biophilic design and WELL standards, focusing on air, water, light, comfort, relaxation, connection with nature, and overall well-being.
FURNITURE
Low-density office layout with ergonomic, human-centered furniture ensures health and comfort. Design brands contributed high-quality and innovative pieces. Unifor’s Naòs tables, redesigned with UNI.ICE Active Surfaces, provide 24/7 safety and hygiene.
