A few kilometers from the center of Cape Town, a colonial-style villa with elegant tones and clean lines underwent a contemporary renovation. Set in the scenic Constantia Valley, which stretches to the south-eastern slopes of Table Mountain National Park, the residence features a swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace and a landscaped garden.
Fiandre surfaces, selected through the local partner Studio Masson in Cape Town, were chosen to enhance both the expansive outdoor areas and the interiors.
For the exterior flooring around the villa and the poolside relaxation area, MegaWhite from the Megalith Maximum collection was used, inspired by the timeless charm of natural stone. The ultra-thin 6 mm thickness combines the strength of porcelain stoneware with easy installation. The large 300×100 cm slabs offer visual continuity and lightness, combining the technical performance of the Maximum line with the advantages of traditional formats.
The villa’s interiors are defined by the elegance and refinement of Premium White surfaces from the Marmi Maximum collection, recognizable for the soft silver veining that enhances the brightness of the spaces. The polished finish and large format give the rooms a unique, elegant, and contemporary style.
