The Network 1 project in Bagneux, designed by Brenac & Gonzalez, is a contemporary residential complex that harmoniously integrates housing, common spaces, and green areas into a coherent urban design. The architecture is characterized by pure, linear volumes overlooking internal courtyards that maximize natural light and encourage social interaction among residents. The façades combine warm and contemporary materials, with a regular pattern of openings and terraces that creates an elegant rhythm and a strong visual identity.
The project places great emphasis on material quality and durability: in this context, Fiandre provided technical ceramic surfaces, used on certain parts of the envelope and common areas, ensuring durability, hygiene, and refined finishes, enhancing the overall elegance of the building.
The result is an elegant and functional urban intervention, where geometry, materials, and open spaces interact to create a modern, welcoming, and long-lasting residential environment in harmony with the needs of contemporary city life.
