The historic Fiandre headquarters has been completely renovated by Iosa Ghini Associati. The restyling, covering 2,400 sqm over three floors, integrates architecture, interior design and custom-made furnishings to create welcoming, sustainable, and people-centered workspaces.
The project enhances natural light, acoustic comfort, chromotherapy, modularity and sharing, transforming the office into a true living place.
At the heart of the project are Active Surfaces®, eco-active antibacterial and antiviral ceramic surfaces which, thanks to over 5,000 sqm installed across floors, walls and furnishings, generate environmental benefits equivalent to 3,800 sqm of urban green space and more than 10,000 cubic meters of purified air every day.
Completing the new headquarters are the technologies DYS – Design Your Slabs, enabling graphic customization of ceramic slabs, and Hypertouch, which integrates invisible home-automation controls activated with a simple touch.
With this intervention, Fiandre confirms its vocation: combining design, innovation and sustainability to offer unique ceramic solutions, in line with the claim “for unique expressions”.
