Global Restyling project: Studio Lissoni - Pineta Clarins spa project: Arch. Davide Cerini

The MarePineta Resort is a historic symbol of hospitality in Milano Marittima, originally built in the 1920s and recently brought back to life thanks to a major renovation commissioned by Salaroli S.p.A., a company founded in 1974 in Forlì with showrooms also in Faenza, Ravenna, Bologna, Rimini, and Cesena.
Surrounded by a centuries-old pine forest and just a few steps from the sea, the resort retains the generous dimensions of traditional grand hotels: 182 rooms, over 10,000 sqm of tennis courts, swimming pools, and green spaces. Its highlight is the private beach of 11,000 sqm with beach bar, restaurant, and lounge area.
The restyling, signed by Studio Lissoni in Milan, transformed MarePineta into an oasis of hospitality and comfort, blending historic charm with contemporary lifestyle. The renovation involved the restaurant, ground floor, rooms, conference hall, clubhouse, beach facilities, and spa.
For the outdoor area adjacent to the entrance and the paths leading to the beach, Fiandre created a custom flooring solution, providing a turnkey service. In the bathrooms of the main building, the Taxos Maximum texture in natural finish was chosen.

The Spa: The Heart of Well-being
Designed by architect Davide Cerini, the MarePineta Private Spa by Clarins is the true jewel of the resort: 437 sqm dedicated to wellness, clad with large slabs by Fiandre. Each space is designed to convey harmony and tranquility, thanks to scenic surfaces that enhance floors and walls.
For the floors, Quiet Rock from the Quietstones Maximum collection and Pietra Grey from the Marmi Maximum collection (polished finish) were selected, also used on the walls along with other large-format textures of great appeal.
