Palazzo Tocqueville, designed by the Egidio Gazzolo studio, is a contemporary residence located in the heart of Milan, in the Porta Garibaldi district. The project integrates elegantly into a dense urban context, characterized by historic and modern buildings, making the most of the narrow lot between Viale Pasubio and a blind-end street.

The façade, minimalist and devoid of superfluous decoration, is refined in materials and details, with textures and surfaces creating plays of light and shadow that highlight the building’s geometries throughout the day. The heights and proportions are carefully designed to harmonize with the surrounding buildings, ensuring urban integration without sacrificing a contemporary language.

Inside and in the exterior stylistic elements, attention to detail is evident: window frames, openings, and the relationship between solid and void are carefully balanced to generate lightness and elegance. The result is a residence offering an atmosphere of tranquility and refinement—a true “urban oasis” while remaining close to the energy and dynamism of the Porta Nuova and Corso Como areas.

Palazzo Tocqueville thus represents a perfect balance between respect for the historical context and aspiration to modernity, confirming Egidio Gazzolo Studio’s ability to interpret Milan with discretion, precision, and contemporary style.
