In Quanzhou, China, the firm Benmo Design has designed a private residence in which light, texture and formal purity dialogue in perfect harmony. The Fiandre surfaces help to define a consistent and contemporary architectural identity, in which every element dialogues with the others in perfect visual continuity.
The deep grey MegaGrey Maximum covers the floors, staircases and walls, creating a visual guiding thread that connects the spaces and makes the most of the natural light. MegaWhite Maximum, on the other hand, defines the daytime spaces with understated brightness, extending the perception of breadth and purity. Textured details like Breccia Mirabile Maximum and Celeste Aran Maximum add refined contrasts, while the smooth, silky Uniice Maximum surfaces cover some of the walls, adding a sense of peaceful lightness.
The overall feel is completed with Luce Pearl, chosen for the relaxing well-being spaces, where the light reflects softly to create sophisticated atmospheres. Making this project unique, aquariums have been turned into transparent partition walls between the main rooms. These elements replace the conventional walls, maintaining visual continuity and letting the natural light in. The fish bring colour and movement, as well as a touch of life that adds an attractive dynamism to the spaces.
A project that celebrates the versatility and expressive strength of Fiandre surfaces, naturally and stylishly adapting to every function.
